CHECK IN + CHECK OUT:

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

KEY & KEYLESS ENTRY:

The exterior front entry gate and the front door of the home are keyless entry and accessible thru push button codes. You will be given a code prior to your arrival and reminded in person at check in.

PARKING + ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING:

There is a 1-car garage and garage opener. The garage is also equipped with a Tesla charger. Please be mindful of peak hours and try to charge your car overnight instead of during the day. Driveway parking is recommend however driveway and street-parking is allowed for up to 3 cars.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES:

• 6 Adults Max Overnight plus 2 children 12 and under

• 10 guests allowed during the day

• 3 car maximum parking

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS:

The City of Palm Springs strictly enforces its Vacation Rental Ordinance. Maximum number of overnight guests =6 adults + 2 kids age 12 and under. Maximum number of daytime guests = 10. Guests exceeding this limit or who may receive citations for breaking the rules, may incur additional fees.

NOISE POLICY:

Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10pm-10am. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. If you would like to report any issues or have questions, please call or text Stewart at anytime. He knows our neighbors well!

POOL RULES:

NO GLASS: Please do not use glass by the pool. We have supplied plenty of plasticware to enjoy for the backyard.

LOWER SUN UMBRELLAS: Please lower all sun umbrellas when not in use, including when you go inside for the night. Desert winds can pick up at anytime and will break the umbrellas if left open.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: Please swim at your own risk. No diving allowed.

POOL HEAT: If you'd like to heat the pool during your stay please let us know. There will be a $50 per day charge. *Pool heat fees will be discounted for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

SPA: If you heat the spa thru the Pool Control Panel it will heat to 100 degrees automatically. There is no charge for this feature.
